Customs Clearance Services

Customs Clearance is an activity to take care of tax fee documents, administration and other related matters for exported or imported goods until approval is obtained so that the goods can be passed or released.

In the international trade process, activities like this are mandatory. Several administrative stages need to be passed because goods entering from other countries or goods leaving to other countries can be considered legal, official goods, by passing the applicable trade regulations there.

For lay people, completing the process until the goods can pass is very complicated. Especially for customs matters. Some countries apply a fairly complex process. Which certainly makes people who have never dealt with this confused.

In document management, there are many procedures that need to be passed until an item can enter or leave a country. In general, there are 6 procedures, namely:

1. Arrival Process of Means of Transport

When imported goods enter Indonesia, foreign ships/aircraft must first report to customs. After the ship/aircraft obtains an unloading permit from customs and excise, the next process is to carry out the unloading process at the storage location.

2. Goods Storage Process.

This process is the storage of goods while waiting for the inspection process of goods and customs and excise documents.

3. Import/Export Goods Notification Process (PIB BC 2.0/BC 3.0)

The process of notifying the number and type of goods in imports/exports as well as import duties or export duties and taxes in the context of other imports/exports through self-declaration.

4. Import Duty/Export Duty Payment Process to the State Treasury

After the import/export notification process, we receive a billing or payment receipt that includes the NTPN (State Receipt Number) and after making the payment we will receive a BPN (State Payment Proof).

5. Import/Export Goods Inspection Process

This inspection process includes physical inspection of goods and/or document inspection (Red Lane, Yellow Lane and Green Lane, or PPB and NPE.

6. Goods Release Process

Furthermore, if the goods and/or document inspection process is found to be appropriate, the goods can be removed from the storage area to our location (Import), or the goods can be immediately loaded onto the ship (Export).

Each country has provisions related to import/export prohibitions/restrictions that require importers/exporters to have a Licensing document from the relevant Ministry.

Therefore, we will assist you in Customs Clearance for both import/export goods, both FCL, LCL, NVOCC, Breakbulk, Door to door service, including goods moving from/to abroad via seaports or air).
